Apart from the addition of new winglets to increase downforce, does the reverse wing feature any non circuit-specific changes that improve it in terms of drag and efficiency as Ferrari itself claimed?
From what I’ve seen so far, it looks like the same reverse wing to me, just with extra elements for high downforce.

The shape of the 2nd and 3rd elements have definitely changed, appears to be the same mainplane though. Some of the rumors implied the geometry of the opening mechanism had also changed, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Does anyone know if in Hungary the bargeboards will be the same as in the last two GPs, or if they will revert to the three vertical elements?

Yes, we can see it in this photo and also the vertical support of the mirror has returned to extend along the top of the sidepod forming a fin.

The efficiency would imediately increase if this wing make a truckload of downforce more with just a little bit more drag.

It's not about looks it's about the physics behind it. Wing efficiency is how much downforce do you make per unit of drag.

It's better than a barn-door wing I can tell you that.

It's definitely doing something lol. I'm not sure how comparable these two images are though; judging by how different the flow-viz on the inside of the RW endplates look, these pictures probably were taken in different places on the track. The cleanest comparison would be as the two cars come back into the pit lane.

I find the images difficult to interpret. If the driver used SM mode, that could explain some things...If you compare to Audi, then it looks strange so yeah I think there is some SM mode noise in this picture.

The Ferraris are on their way out of the pitlane which is why the flow viz looks so different compared to the Audi. You can see the green color flying off the rear wing, up into the air and the tires are also blank/shiny.
