I would love to see San Marino GP! Lovely track with elevation changes and high speed sections with a technical third sector. probably the Suzuka of Europe.

If you want elevation you want to go to Spa in Belgium or the new Portimao track in Portugal.

I'd like to see tehm try some of the other circuits like

Zolder
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zolder

Marrakech
http://www.yacout.info/Marrakech-Grand- ... _a221.html

Dijon
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_Grand_Prix

Okayama International Circuit
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okayama_In ... al_Circuit

I know the Marrakech circuit is a little straight but it'd be interesting to see how the teams coped.

the fact that this very Tilke is actually racing on a regular basis in Germanys VLN which is held solely on the NORDSCHLEIFE ,so the guy just has to know what a real track is like ...
but it seems he reserves the right to have fun for himself .. :wtf:

Wikipedia wrote:The circuit has undergone serious revisions to the pitlane, pit garages and the final corners. The final left-right chicane has been removed, thus making the run from Rivazza 2 to the first Tamburello chicane totally flat-out, much like the circuit in its original fast-flowing days. The pitlane has been extended and revamped - and the old pit garages and paddock have been knocked down and a completely rebuilt. The circuit hopes to rejoin the F1 calendar within the next few seasons. The reconstruction has been designed by German track architect Hermann Tilke.

In June 2008, with most of the reconstruction work done, FIA gave the track "1T" rating, meaning that official F1 test can be held there. But still the track needs the "1" homologation to again host a Formula One race.
I reckon the chances of Imola getting F1 status are slim. They obviously now have only test status and in terms of Grands Prix it is more probable that Rome will get the nod than Imola.

It certainly would be a challenge in this day and age. That car park has been built over, but as it is so flat it would be pretty easy to recreate it somewhere.

I love the A1-Ring :D Imola or Laguna Seca would be pretty cool but pretty unrealistic, too. Unfortunately.
