changeable conditions + no predefined strategy + no stupid tyre rules (wet race) = what a tense race!

??? Webber did the taking out, not Lewis.

To say that Massa is wild is one heck of an understatement! I'm surprised that he hasn't gone of track during one of the many wobbles.

Hamilton showed the Ferraris!
By how he was closing in on them I thought he'd plow right through them.

Congrats McLaren and Button, as well Kubica and Massa. Great race!!

Hamilton is clearly the best driver on the grid by a long way.

He must have passed half the grid today(the top half)... and he had Alonso shitting in his pants and locking up before Webber ran into the back of him.

Great strategy calls for Button... terrible ones for Hamilton.

Kubica impressed me... for the first time.

Didnt think Massa was gonna finish the race as strong as he did, good on him... he needs to stop all that weaving and blocking though.

Looks like Vettle is getting some of the Webber bad luck rubbing onto him.

I did pose a seperate ideal later, perhaps reading further would help instead of attacking  I try and type as it comes up. Hopefully providing a written account as it happens that is un-bias. However I note that that is bias, in favour of the Red Bull. So I proposed the alternate, seemingly more truthful, side later in the thread to rectify the problem.

To be honest, I don't care who took who out. That's for other people to fight over until the next race. I enjoy the action of the race and wait until the next one.

It's happening again with Newey isn't it? :( They're all fast, but fragile :(

This is the first time I have been emotional about a race without the championship being on the line. I have no idea how Hamilton got called in after such a great drive. And Button is looking like the team mate Mclaren need.....good job.

Whoever has been going on and on about the McLaren car being so far behind compared to Red Bull can now quiet down. They did a good job this race silencing their critics! Vettel is still very quick, but by no means are McLaren in "big" trouble as some have claimed. From the sounds of it, RB only looks so much faster during qualifying because they have some sort of adjustable ride-height.

+1!

I'd add that Albert Park has it's share of impact in that show. Like that track or not, but I can't remember a dull Aussie GP there. That circuit has proved to be a worthy successor to Adelaide, I hope the rumors about relocating the GP at Sydney are wrong...

=D> Buton, Kubica, Massa & Alonso =D>

I believe Red Bull still has a clear advantage, (but they are now in serious point deficit, which should prove interesting), but it's very tight between Ferrari and Mac Laren, and also between Renault and Mercedes!

Overall that was one really good race to watch! That was worth waking up so early.

It's a real concern now because they should have won a race by now. If it's not one thing it's another, and even worse, it doesn't seem to happen to Webber's car so there's no consistency.

Poor Vettel, robbed once again :( lol Hammy.... needs to take a leaf out of Massa's book and "stay cool" Great win for Button, a deserved victory. Very unfortunate for Webber, but he did make a bit of his poor luck. Great come back from Alonso after his spin at T1 and Schumacher didn't do a bad job himself. All in all a good race, what F1 needed after Bahrain but it was rain helped so the jury is still out in my opinion.

A brilliant race for McLaren it's a shame they didn't get a 1-2 and Red Bull are fast, but I am still very very disappointed by the overtaking. If it hadn't been for the changeable conditions the race would've been quite dull. Thankfully it rained....

Webber isn't able to drive fast enough to do the car any harm so he just throws it off the track.

Could this failure be related to the aggressive brake caliper position?
