Islam, I'm agreeing with you fully on closing pits!
However, there might be a situations when somebody has to come to the pits even if they are closed (deflated tyre, bodywork damage etc). There has to be penalty for doing this.
This should end, nobody should be able to gain places because they were behind the pit opening when the SC came out like Button & Co did... there should never be an advantage for being slower, and an SC period should be all about safety... I actually thought MW could have been dead for a couple seconds there... I'm sure the thought occured to race control as well, they shouldnt have to worry about SC lines and Deltas when they are dealing with something like that. And nodoby should gain an advantage for flying thru an accident scene like Alonso did in Brazil that one year. All this SC foolishness needs to end... close the damn pits
