Good day,
I build model f1 engine. All sizes can have a few basic dimensions. These are expressed as a multiple of something (bore). You can find the dimensions of: intake/exhaust valves, shank diameter of the valve...
It is old technology, but reliability.
for example:
use article: Theory of engine 5(pics)
f1 bore: 98mm
fuel: gasoline
roof shape combustion chamber
2x intake valves, 2x exhaust valves
INTAKE VALVE(S in pictures) = 0,35 to 0,37 x D
EXHAUST VALVE(V in pictures) = 0,28 to 0,32 x D
D is bore
count:
diameter intake valve:
0,35 x 98 = 34,3mm minimum
0,37 x 98 = 36,26mm maximum
diameter exhaust valve:
0,28 x 98 = 27,44mm minimum
0,32 x 98 = 31,36mm maximum
