that reminds me... have they started working on their 2011 challenger????
the 2011 VJM/04 car has begun arround when Mark Smith, Marianne Hinson and Lewis Butler who left for Lotus. Mark Smith is currently frozen out on "Gardening Leave" at current. Ian Hall has been working on the 2011 car for about the past 4 to 5 months, but will ideally have started the 2011 car arround Febuary or March in a rough form.

http://joesaward.wordpress.com/2010/06/ ... rce-india/

But the rumor that ex-Renault and Mclaren employee Bob Bell has been lined up with a move to Force India as Technichal Director as the only high profile technichal guy that is avalable at current.

Altho, if i were Force India, id try my damndest to get Bob Bell and Jorg Zander as he is currently unnatached as well.

It wont have done much damage, as they could have the spare parts for the car avalable, or could use a previous spec for a race if needed.

I can see next years car being a car that is revised from the 2009 and 2010 specs, it has also been said that Force India lack the funds for Mercedes or McLaren/Zytek KERS systems for 2011, but im half expecting Liuzzi to be dropped for either Paul Di Resta or a second German driver in 2011 to get free KERS from Mercedes as i am thinking that Mercedes are looking at Di Resta as the replacement for Schumacher in 2012 if the 2011 Mercedes is a flop, and a race ready Di Resta may be just the thing that Rosberg needs to have beside him.

Liuzzi will use Chassis VJM/03-04 for the remainder of the season as VJM/03-01 is too badly damaged from the Massa incedent. VJM/03-04 was last seen in Turkey where Liuzzi drove it to P13, and by my records, Liuzzi is the only driver to have driven that chassis, altho not sure about any straightline tests or full size wind tunnel tests that Force India have done tho, it could have been Di resta that could have done any tests like that in tub 04.

Im now suggesting that Massa will have to change tub as well. Probably back to F10-284 or into F10-282.

Zander has his own fish to fry at the moment.

Set up a company in late 2008 after his Brawn departure.
More could have been done.

I want to see Andrew Green coming up with new technology and getting the best input and output of the engine.

Thats the exact one, the one that was damaged at Monaco and Liuzzi didnt like. Surprised they didnt give him VJM/03-02 to be honest. Have a feeling that is being used on their 7 poster and could have been shaken to pieces.

Whilst the car isn't an exactly a dog this year, it's pretty obvious decent development stopped some time ago and the opposition has been catching up far quicker than they'd hoped.

Not replacing staff seems to be their way at the moment. It's not just 'names' leaving either. It's a worry, for, As much as we hope against hope, unless something miraculous happens they will be down to being just ahead of Virgin and Lotus next year for sure..

Here in India roumours have it that VJ is using his own personal money to keep the team afloat....

Their airline business is reporting huge losses....

They started off really well and now they are struggling to keep up with the williams...

14th and 18th in korea... poor considering the start they had...

Lets see what happens next year....

tbh Zander(s company) is involved in a startup for a EV ,but i´d think he would be available on consultancy basis ...but possibly thats to much in terms of expenditure
for FI..and i´m not sure if he was the guy they ´d need now anyways.
