this is a larger version from monaco.. if you zoom you can see here that it's the same as one of the previous photos with the groove type line linking the exhaust.
It must be classed as one exit from wherever it leaves the car itself? whether that be on the bodywork, inside or out...
I would hardly call a groove linking the two.. one exit.. but it's a clever way of doing it

I would bet very heavily that those gills are further than 80cm in front of the rear wheel centre line, and hence not in the bounding boxes described by rule 3.8, simple.
