Uhh where did I say that? I said that HRT cannot even make a good line up. The reason why De La Rosa didn't have a racing seat the past 10 years(except a few occations) was because he simply isnt quick enough. That he can help develop a car/give input, that is great but there are faster guys available to do the job.Trocola wrote:So, you are surprised because HRT have signed a pay-driver... that must have shocked you. HRT must be the first team in history to sign a driver because he brings good money. It is not like Maldonado, or Senna, or Pic, or Petrov, or...wesley123 wrote:Well if it isnt for the money why sign Karthikeyan who probably had the largest budget of them all? I'm sorry but get those HRT glasses off. They claim their great ambitions, with great new factories and such, but cant even make up a decent driver line up. I had little faith in HRT already, it is fully lost now.
And, even if you say everyday that De la Rosa is not a good driver, the reality is that De la Rosa is a great driver.

And Karthikeyan, well, Rosset was better and we know how great he was. This is clearly a stupid money job that didnt even make sense. That they sign one for the cash okay, but let that be a youngster, not a guy that has proven to be too slow.
That they need money, I understand but give a guy with potential, a youngster a chance, that is greater marketing than these 2.
@Mr.S; The difference there is that Williams signs youngster with possible lookout for the future, Kartikeyan and De La rosa both are not.
