The problem is that the plume doesn't really seem to follow the coanda ramp properly. McLaren, Ferrari and others use the flow over the sidepods to support the plume following the ramp. It seems this support is missing in this case. The plume appears to move mostly horizontally and inward. However, that is not what is generally considered as ideal for blowing the diffuser and somewhat resembles what RB was fighting against at the beginning of last season.
