New engine F1 and fuel saving is 10 times worse when it comes to not pushing 100% and driver's involvement than tyres ever were. It just equalises everything down to fuel flow/power of particular engine, you don't know who's really good and who's not. Look at trains they just drive at their delta speeds not caring about anything else. With tyres there was variaty and drivers skills (pacing technique, control when sub-optimal. I'm surprised it's not sold as greatest tragedy...
- Williams missing Maldonado already. Bottas had great pace but looked shaky
- Two retirements - this is really apocalypse
- Merc advantage - incredible but expected
- Judging from his interview Red Bull should deny in advance that Vettel threw a hissy fit (no mercy sorry Vettel fans

).
