Well done formula 1.
Indeed, can we please stop claiming RBR has best chassis, and Mercs are only up there with their super engine!komninosm wrote:Wow 1 second gap to Ric and 2 seconds to RAI...
S2 ans S3. S1 was very good.Sevach wrote:Where did Massa screw up?
You need to have a look at the toro rosso's on that table. The engine's not that crap then, eh ?Juzh wrote:slipstream.

It really seems that Mercs have at least as good a chassis as RBR
And also Lewis was 0.5 sec up on RBR in sector 2 alone
I thought there was a separate thread for whining about it? Tyres, blown diffuser, first season of big changes, heavier cars, f-duct(?Barcelona?) and it's not that surprising. Obligatory reasons: 1. Favourite driver is not doing well and/or 2. Rose-tinted nostalgia glasses. Yes 2010 was a classic season of Bahrain like one stoppers. Also obligatory: it's only fast cars racing for money and entertainment.Juzh wrote:2010 pole: 1:19.995

Well done formula 1.
Because he was almost 2 tenths slower in second dry qualifying of the season? Wishful thinking. Will Hamilton be psychologically destroyed if he has slightly slower start tomorrow, team puts him on wrong strategy and finishes second?ringo wrote:Rosberg looking destroyed psychologically. greatly appreciated.johnsonwax wrote:Here. Look under 'Timing Information'.Multi21 wrote:Really silly to ask this but im on the Fia website trying to figure out how to find out lap times for the free practice sessions. This is not the fastest lap classifications but all laps by all drivers, any chance anyone here would have better luck than me finding it on the site? would be greatly appreciated. As Far as the race, it will be Merc racing into the distance again. Apart from Monaco where maybe redbull might luck into pole, i dont see Mercedes letting up all season. Even though alonso is downplaying his chances at the start, as long as he is on the second or third row, he could make another one of his lightning starts and fight for that third.
My predictions are for a Merc 1-2 (Hamilton-Rosberg) and Alonso on the podium, with an oustide chance of RedBull somehow telling Ric three laps into the race that his ERS has failed.
I can barely believe the STR straight line speed, they put nearly 10 Kmh over the other Renault runners and even more over the draggy Red Bulls, their drag must be ridiculously low.Shrieker wrote:You need to have a look at the toro rosso's on that table.
