So stupid KERS button is now part of nostalgia? Yes it was especially brilliant when some cars had it some didn't, how not very pure racing of you . No issues with artificiality aspect or with differences between engines? KERS button was a minor element, later with DRS over-complicated and now redundant. Imagine KERS, f-duct and DRS at the same time - pushing knee/hand against the hole, DRS pedal and KERS button

.
I thought It was pre-DRS overtaking tool but since both cars in a perfect world would have it was only a matter of timing and managing it - still artificial. Wasn't it easier to implant recovery system in regular V8 with a boost button or was it only overtaking or visibility aspect? "Look we have KERS you take energy from braking - push the button - voila - recovered energy is good, makes you go faster and lets you overtake, exciting, buy it!" "Oh some of you don't have it and can't overtake with a faster car, like FI-Ferrari? Let's not get into that."
Can Hamilton be second? Before Williams cars there's no competition but I'd say at least one of them should finish in front.
