This is the official Williams FW37 Mercedes car topic. Any discussion about the technical aspects of the car belong here.

Some ground rules:
-Discussion about the car ONLY. Talk about drivers or engineers belongs in the team thread.
-Discussion about sponsors, partnes and livery also belong in the team thread. However, if a technical partner delivers a product that directly goes into the car, then that is allowed here as long it's solely about the car. For instance Shell developing a new lubricant.
-Comparing laptimes belongs in the respective race or test thread.
-Speculation is NOT allowed. Discussion is limited purely to "what you can touch and see", about the psysical parts on the car.
-Moderators can split topics when they see fit.

Any posts failing these simple guidelines will be removed! Repeating offenders will receive action.

Double floor not quite so pronounced this season.
Sidepods a bit bigger than i expected from the render.

Nose vanes are new.

A few things I have noticed.

The sidepod undercut is much less pronounced compared to the FW36.
There is a bulge under the Martini logo at the rear of the engine cover. I wonder if the team has moved some cooling capacity to that region near the car's centreline in order to slim down the sidepods?
The cooling exit vents behind the driver's head have also reappeared.

I am really excited for this car!

Tricky airbox wing.
Hot air exit much much smaller.

Not sure if it´s simply the color but the sidepods looks quite large in comparison to what other teams have shown us by now.
They remind me of Sauber´s massive pods last year.
