Which proves how much the last 2 years have been completely because of the car and a lot of better luck, than on raw skill set. That's just the sad fact of the matter. I hope Lewis can win another championship because of his skill set, rather than just cruising. I mean really. If Nico wins the WDC will anyone believe he's the most worthy and best driver in the field? Even top three? Come on. He's just in the right car at the right time with a teammate that has constant engine problems. Just goes on to prove that, when competition heats up, THIS IS ALL HE CAN DO, be second rate!Vasconia wrote:Nonsense. Ricciardo was the best today, this lap was imposible to improve. Nico proves to be a ginger. He had the opportunity to do the job and he didn't.
So, Red Bull has come of age!!! Wow, that is so cool. Thanks for Ferrari for holding station and now they can step aside.
Thank god Newey has saved the year from a walk away. The RB was unbeatable in sector 3. RIC well done lad.
What the hell is going on with Lewis' car?? Can someone tell me how the team has the car in the pit and then do not remove the extra laps of fuel before sending him out? It's almost like sabotage. Did they tell him, "oops we forgot to take out the extra fuel, drive around and get rid of it because there's not enough to do two timed laps, but too much to do a fast enough single lap."
Does anyone know what happened because this seems very odd to leave fuel in the car. I'm not a conspiracy guy whatsoever (I'm with the Steve Matchett opinion in garage equality), but you simply cannot blame incompetence if this is what happened. To leave that much fuel in the car had to be purposed in some way. I can't make sense of him driving around so many laps destroying the tires as a part of the best strategy to win.
Clarification here would be nice.
