Same diffuser from what I can tell.

I don't think RB13 problem is diffuser related, problems lie upstream and I'm sure sorting that will highlight diffuser and floor issues.

Diffuser should be updated soon though now that correlation issues are now understood and updates are seemingly working as expected.

Interesting to see RBR with a T-wing in Monaco after claiming earlier in the season that they didn't need one. Then again maybe it's just cheap downforce for this weekends race.

That may be there to stabilise the shark fin.

It's application won't be much different than the plate Williams runs, or Toyota ran. Afaik it's to prevent spillage as under yaw there would be a pressure difference on both sides of the fin
