What a wonderful win for Mercedes, with Ferrari having the quickest car and a supremely hot track temperature that's been Mercedes' albatross, they still manage to produce a commanding win. I can't even begin to comprehend how it all went wrong for them today.

Bottas driver of the day IMO. Incredible how time and time again Vettel simply has no perception of anything behind his helmet when the desperation sets in.
It's been mentioned a few times that those halo-mounted mirrors don't have good visibility. If that's why Vettel cannot see what's behind him quickly or naturally enough then they need to do something about that.

Bottas didn't even try to make the corner on Both occassions. Who cares that his tyres were garbage? If he wasn't sure that it was safe, be should've pitted. Period. Looking forward to a grid penalty for him.

Nope, my opinion is my opinion
And hey, it didn't rain today and we enjoyed it longer than it lasted yesterday!
Enjoy while it last, the winner of Hungarian gp doesn't win the title

Ferrari will dominate Spa and Monza.

Enjoy that thought while it lasts. Vettel never wins a title unless he has a red bull alongside Webber. Lol

The last one who did was Michael back in 2004(?). Quite an amazing coincidence, isn't it? Probably find other tracks where a similar claim can be made.

Edit: Vettel never won the title when he won in Britain - indeed, the only other time he won in Britain, he came second in the title. So who's going to win the title this year then if neither Hamilton nor Vettel can with their respective track coincidences?

Bottas is the best team mate Hamilton could wish to have. Best rear gunner I’ve seen. He’s perfect at slowing down the followers, probably the best on the grid. It’s like he trains with the aim to improve his amazing defending skills.

It's about time Hamilton enjoyed some of what Vettel has written into his contract.

I can't believe how Vettel's tyres didn't blew up.
It was the flat part central part of the front wing that made contact with the tyre so it was never going to puncture, the sharp edge is the part that does the damage.

I didn’t know you knew what’s written down in the contracts of Vettel, Kimi and Mercedes drivers. :)

That he didn't even bother to ask what was the problem, that the car is so slow because it has no power and he dropped the s word a couple of times. Basically Alonso 2017 style.
