The last one who did was Michael back in 2004(?). Quite an amazing coincidence, isn't it? Probably find other tracks where a similar claim can be made.
Edit: Vettel never won the title when he won in Britain - indeed, the only other time he won in Britain, he came second in the title. So who's going to win the title this year then if neither Hamilton nor Vettel can with their respective track coincidences?
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.
