Many people said the same when Hamilton went to Mercedes.
And he knows that if Red Bull had to favour one of the drivers, won't be him. I think that he doesn't want to be another Mark Webber.

Not the same, Mercedes had and has the budget, Renault has not and will not. So you need luck with getting good new cheap people.

Secondly, Sainz will never return to RB, Helmut doesn't want him and his dad same goes for Max. He destroys the good spirit in teams, too much of an ego. And also not good enough, failing each time against the Hulk.
So he can go back to TR.

I really hope this works out for Daniel, IMO he is better than Max at least for the moment (because it is unknown how Maxes talent/ego will evolve), I also don't think there is a merit to the idea that Max is faster than Dan, I think Max has a tiny bit over Dan just because he isn't able to think ahead, Dan is miles ahead of Max in that respect - which is a championship material quality

Because the contract talks went on for so long, I was already suspecting that RB are trying to webber Dan, which would be really sad to watch next year, so fingers crossed for Dan! I also suspect that some webbering already has been in progress this year, we'll see...

I think Sainz is out of a seat, hence Alonso pushing hard to get him into the Mclaren. Which would be a bad move both for Sainz and Mclaren.

It's been widely reported in the past that these types of "veto" clauses are and do get included into contracts.

Gobsmacked! The RBH was the best seat left on the grid...

Anyone think RBH might take a snap at Ocon now? I would!

Vet has specifically denied this is true.

Ocon and Max have history together. If Max - Ric produced fireworks from time to time, Max and Ocon would be nuclear.

Ferrari for years denied they'd been given Veto power by the FiA so you can't be certain about anything you *know* in this sport.

Ok. I thought there was finally a reliable source. But again nothing.
