This race almost the whole field except Williams was withing 2 second of eachother during qually.
Williams lost alot of time and parts i guess with the draingate.(dont drive over drains + weld them shut for a race i say).

It was impossible to follow in the second sector. hamilton would close the gap in the first and third sector, but once he got to the second sector and within 1.5sec of Bottas I could see on the live timing that he was losing time. I think the virtual safety car also impeded his progress. Seems like what the new front wings have helped with is front tire degradation while following close behind, but I was really really expecting an overtake that never materialized and reading some of the post race commentary from Hamilton he knew it wasn't going to happen. Probably something to keep in mind going forward.

True, but he took the Mclaren seat and threw away his chance at a Ferrari seat. So, it was his own decision t do so. It is forum so I can give my view point and also fan of Alonso. What wrong with it. Just discuss about the topics and please don't discuss or give wrong impression of individual in the open Forum. It is not good for discussion.
