the shortest (inline 5) stroke seems to be the original Audi engine - 86.4 mm
the modern inline 5 seems to have a stroke of 92.8 mm
or get twostroke crankshafts and press one up at 144 deg- as that nice Mr Millyard did (turning 3 cyl Kawasakis into 5 cyl)

neither of these approaches will be good for the original Hayabusa rpm

Maybe a T5 volvo crank? 75mm stroke with a 50mm big end could give 63mm stroke with a 38mmBE.
91mm bore spacing though with huge iron mass.
If you centre number 3 bore you get stack error of 6mm for cylinder 1+5, clutching at straws.
