LEC finds a way yet again to escape any sort of punishment; he never seems to get punished for these mistakes.
That move on Gasly, really Charles, Why? I guess he felt he got squeezed but Gasly had nowhere to go after Alonso went for it down the inside. First lap Ofcourse but this could (should) have been a penalty. You kill someone else’s race. Somehow Leclerc keeps getting away with more than many others.
Exactly and he has form in this respect. He slashed across BOT in Hungary some time ago, he rear ends VET here last year and then this incident with GAS; he kills races for others on the first lap and not a peep from the stewards.

You look at his penalty points history and you’d think he’s a saint, he’s actually probably one of the worst out there.
Well he learned from the master in Vettel!

Not sure what to make of Perez’s performance. On paper he’s bringing RBR points for the WCC but finishing 47secs behind you race winning teammate is not a good look.
I think he’s doing the team job in both qualifying and races. If they get a proper stranglehold on both championships I would not be surprised to see him get some p2-3 in qualifying and see some RBR 1-2s in races.

So... Bahrain, Imola, Portugal, Monaco.. Baku.. France.. Styria.. Austria.
RedBull way faster so far. Did I miss any others?

People need to realise what is really happening here. It's a clear pattern and things will settle down with Max and RB basicslly dominating all tracks from now. 2013 all over again.
Bahrain, Portugal all HAM wins, France was super close.

This is what actual close racing is. Might have gotten your measurements wrong after these past 7 years of Merc dominance.

How many 1-2 did Merc have in 2019 and 2020? How many now for Red Bull? The fact is that there is only 1 thing dominant about Red Bull: its driver with number 33

Don't forget Spain where Hamilton finished 15 seconds ahead of Max despite having an extra pitstop.

Again, changing the things according to agenda? So Max pitting for 2nd time after Lewis overtook him has nothing to do with the 15 sec gap to Lewis in the end? :wtf:

Redbull having a weaker driver or someone new who is still getting used to the car doesnt help

If you mean its the number 33 driver who is making it win all these races this year, THEN why didnt he do it last 4 to 5 years? Why didnt he win the championship with being super human? Why just now in 2021? :P
Coz this is motorsports and you need a fast car to have a chance of winning and also have a dominant car to win 19 sec+ and lap upto P5

It was in Bahrain, not in Portugal. That was an easy HAM win

So finally admitting Lewis’ 7 titles are for 6 instances down to car, thank you for finally confirming

By request of the mods: back on-topic with regards to the race and no bickering about HAM -VER or wether car is dominant anymore (use team threads for that)

You need a car to win, this is not athletics, its MOTORsports! (if you are confusing then MOTOR means a sports using a machine!)
Thats why Max has 0 championships in the last 7 years.
And i am pretty sure Max needs a fast car to win in 2021 championship, if Max was in a Williams all these he would have 0 wins and 0 poles ...same with any driver in the history of the sports

But there are some super talented people who could win races in 3rd fastest cars (not championships) like Schumacher, Senna, Alonso, Lewis, and yes including Max (unlike you guys i dont under estimate or undervalue Max!)

Any explanation why Bottas and Perez were so slow compared to team mates?

Suboptimal start tire for checo with Bottas stuck behind him. Poor pitstop for Sergio. The two in front chasing eachother to the limit of their tires.
