Just a quick question: does the safety car allways uses same tires no matter what the conditions? Or do they (FIA ?) change them depenpending if it is wet/dry?

What is not really reasonable...they have two safety cars and a medical car. They could fit one SC with slicks to have a fast car for dry conditions, the other SC on cup tires. And the medical car to drive Charlie round the track when it is soaking.

Imagine the race we'd have tomorrow if they didn't restart quali and used the current times to make up the grid....!!!

I could imagine if that did happen then we'd see Mercedes putting a new set of PU parts into Hamilton's car and starting from the pit lane...
