on German Sky, Stella just said that there was quite a bit of damage on Norris' car, among others on the floor. Some parts had to be changed, but he didn't really go into detail if they were able to keep all new specifications.

Seeing it as 3 separate collisions is so strange after starting the statement with the reason there was a knock on effect. None of it happens in isolation.

I more or less agree with that statement. I think Lewis made the biggest mistake amongst the three, by overshooting the corner a lot, and him not getting a penalty is ridiculous, especially since the race was over for the three other cars after that. But the fact is that the collision between Alonso and Stroll, and Stroll and Norris likely would've happened anyway, especially, since most of it had already happened before Lewis made his contribution.

As for Magnussen, it's been clear for several years that he doesn't belong on a battle for position, he's probably the dirtiest driver to race on F1 for the last decade. The fact that the FIA still hasn't been able to correct this is entirely their fault.

Do you think a bottom-dogfight team like Haas evaluates their drivers (who did well, who didn't) based on just the points against each name, and ignoring the different contexts in races ? (it's another matter that Hulk is leaving at the end of the year, so KMag remains anyway).
