Mosley confirms superlicence cost increase
As earlier reported, the FIA will increase the cost of a Superlicense for the upcoming season. This was confirmed by FIA President Max Mosley today. The cost will be €10.000 and €2000 per point scored by the driver.
Max Mosley "We spend a fortune on safety and most of it is to benefit the drivers. These drivers are earning mega-bucks and we're spending a fortune to ensure they're safe, so hence the increase."
