American automobile association wants Mosley to step down

The American Automobile Association, AAA, has joined the criticism of several manufacturers and national bodies, by asking FIA President Max Mosley to step down after the allegations made by the British newspaper 'News of the World'.

Yolanda Clark Cade, managing director for pr of the AAA, said in a statement: "After careful consideration, AAA has conveyed to Mr Mosley that it would be in the best interest of all concerned if he were to step down."
