Heidfeld out, Pizzonia in

This morning at Monza, Antonio Pizzonia has stepped in to the BMW Williams FW27, normally driven by Nick Heidfeld. Williams hasn't announced the reason for the switch, but probably it is because Heidfeld is suffering from headaches as a result of a testing crash.

Heidfeld had a heavy crash on the final Friday of the Monza test at the second Lesmo, but this was never confirmed by the team who
simply stated that the day's running was 'compromised only by a rear suspension problem'.

Pizzonia competed in four GPs for BMW Williams last year. Pizzonia finished three times in the points last year all seventh places and
was unfortunate not to score a podium position at Spa Francorchamps.
He steps into the BMW Williams car after little testing this year as the squad opted to run Nico Rosberg at the recent Monza tests.
