First of all the FIA need to say what parameters their officals work under, how much pressure do they put on the wing before/as they test it and in what areas. If they have working pressures that they can't go over i.e touch from their hands on the wing.
If you watched the video thats was posted earlier, the scrutineers never touched the wing.

As you can see, even intent can get you in trouble.
I'm also sure other gotchas exist that I'm not aware of, in the more obscure fia documents and appendixes!
