What a race. But I'm gutted for Charles. Another pole position not converted. Not a record you want on your resume. He really got unlucky today, would have won without the safety car. Bummer.

Track looks to be decent for racing. Good news if we are about to get it for next 10 years.

It was a great race. Can't go wrong with massive straights and DRS. Still a boring track though.

Why is it that every new circuit is criticised to death, only to see it as an entertaining thing that we want more of it. Singapore, Baku, Saudi, Abu Dhabi, Miami etc., Even Vietnam, which didn't happen in the end. Saudi was dubbed as a death trap because of enclosure and high speed. It turned out to be a fascinating circuit offering great racing. Give it a break and give it a chance. Vegas is a new adventure for modern cars and drivers to adapt to new demands. Let's see how this turns out before criticizing it.

Get rid of that lousy Monaco.

I am glad I was not wrong. The circuit delivered great racing and having these colder temperatures actually worked for a lot of teams that aren't great in ambient and higher than ambient temperatures.

Only reason the circuit delivered decent racing was because of a monsterous long straight.

It would be interesting to see a overtaking hot spot map.

It didn't gain him any positions, of course, but before, his tires were 5 laps older than Leclerc's, afterwards 5 laps fresher. So it could have made the difference.

Interesting and not yet discussed: How did they f*** up Piastri? What was that with 7? laps to go? Why did they wait with the stop until it was over? And not stop under SC???

He just went from 6 laps older tires to 5 fresher, no difference at all...

He just went from 6 laps older tires to 5 fresher, no difference at all...

My comment was with regards to Verstappen being on 5 lap older tires and the RB have very good tire wear. I don't know what you are asking.

200 iQ move by Verstapen to try and pass Russell right before a huge DRS straight!

Thankfully Lady Luck took care of him once more and he didn’t end up with a puncture or something…

He can’t seem to battle without pushing the other one off the track or hitting him…
