I'd take this with a grain of salt and with all due respect, I'd take most of what the Spanish media has been saying with a grain of salt. It is all extremely toxic, propped up by the idolisation of Alonso. It's usually just smack to dress down Honda because of this Alonso v Honda narrative.

If Alonso leaves, they should pick up Tsunoda. He will be cheap and can speak the native tongue of the Honda engineers. He can be #2 to Lance even. He's fit and in his prime now, and hungrier than ever. Just needs to keep that temper down and not get in the way of Lance.

If Yuki had remained in the VCARB, the results would have been ALOT different. Fine, let Yuki be #1 driver and Stroll can be #2. i think yuki is better than he looked at redbull. that car was a career killer for everybody but max. but i dont think many people would put him on hadjars level right now. hes been super solid for a guy that nobody had heard of 2 years ago.
