I captured the live timing from A&T Williams. There is the possibility that a lap or two is missing but I reckon I got 90% of them.richard_leeds wrote:Snowy, where did you get that data?snowy wrote: ...
Awesome, they list every car. I'd assumed a team only listed their own cars. I guess you've some sort of script running to catch the data?snowy wrote:I captured the live timing from A&T Williams. Just the last 10 minutes of the session. Thank goodness it was raining all day.
The quick and dirty of todays test from Autosport. Nice to see Vettel on top and Michael do most laps. Barichello was the other man doing more than 100 laps. The Lotus is solid and the Virgin is fragil. It is difficult to estimate where they will be in race trim but being almost 10 s off the pace in damp/wet conditions is not looking so encouraging.Pos Driver Team Time Laps
1. Vettel Red Bull-Renault (B) 1:22.593 99
2. Hamilton McLaren-Mercedes (B) 1:23.017 72
3. Massa Ferrari (B) 1:23.204 72

Multiple hydraulic problems throughout the day, and they were only able to figure them out towards the end. Sadly enough all 10 laps were out-laps, just to see whether the problems were gone or not.christopher.mahlon wrote:It is odd to me that Virgin's lap numbers are so low. I wonder what's going on there.

Yes. But that was the time where the engines were different let alone the cars. The power differences were x10 compared to today (ok probably a bit less). One could finish 6th being several laps down.Giblet wrote:Minardi used to be 5-8 seconds of the pace, for a couple of years, and they didn't even need hydraulic problems to do it.
