Actually, Button's fastest race lap is better than Hamilton's. He also was able to give Hamilton a good run before the final corners in the race.
Also, 7kph difference is IMO a bit to much for slightly better exit.
You are looking at a race where, Button lap times were very good compared to lewis because he was in clean air. The lap time doesn't give away a lot of info pertaining to each and every corner.
Hamilton may well go through some corners faster than Button, only to be slowed by the redbull for some parts of the track.
I am judging corner exits based on who could stick onto the back of a redbull coming out from them and attempting a pass. Hamilton had multiple opportunities on webber, where as Button was not close enough to Vettel.
Button's times could still be faster for the whole lap overall based on the fact he was a good distance away.
In all fairness to button, this track suits his driving, but looking through all the other races this year, Hamilton's race pace is distinctively faster. And from Mclaren telemetry his exits and top speeds are also higher.
I was expecting Button to be much faster than Hamilton here to tell the truth, because of the smooth high speed corners, but for some reason Hamilton doesn't seem to have any weaknesses here either.
