No, I think they do. Especially RBR, but RBR continue to make different sacrifices in the pursuit of ultimate race-time than Lotus. And on the face of it, although of course Lotus is up there, you'd have to say that RBR's choices by and large are working just fine.
That's not going to stop them lobbying in the background (or in public) to get an even more favourable setting for their car, but I'd think that's pretty normal and in itself not a detriment, as long as everybody and especially Pirelli, recognises it as such and pays it no more attention than it deserves. That is to say, no more than necessary to remain civil.
