Indeed, it seems to be Mercedes - Red bull - Williams/Ferrari for now.

Actually I would be very happy for Red bull to make it onto the podium or even better. They and Renault deserve a break from all what has been going on.

Ferrari seem to be in a bit of trouble. They just don't quite have the pace everyone expects of them. And now they seem to have taken off too much rear downforce. It isn't one of Seb's strong circuits either, so potentially Kimi could do better then him this weekend.

Somewhat symbolic that even on the day that the power deficit doesn't make a big difference, Renault still manages to shine negatively.

If Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg both make it onto the podium it will be the 10th consecutive race that the team has had two drivers on the podium; something that has never happened before. It will be a new all-time record for F1, going back to 1950.
Incoming "accidental" mess up with strategy with one of the cars, to avoid this. Just you wait and see. Cant have the dominance sink in too much with headlines like these.

It quite clearly shows Ferrari is droping in pecking order race by race......soon Mclaren will catch them and one man from Spain will be very happy

I´d say many Alonso fans who had been suffering a lot of mockering from Ferrari fans and Alonso haters will be happy to rub it in in return when that happens, and they´ll deserve it, but Alonso moved from Ferrari to McLaren to win, not to be the fastest behind Mercedes

Anycase when/if that happens, it will be a good sign of a correct team change

Oh we have frustrated Alonso fan here. Well good luck in trying to achieve that. It's easy to be big guy when you get free PU.

All Alonso needs is 1.4 seconds slower car to beat Rajko....says 2014

The pace difference between Vettel and Raikkonen is 2-3 tenths. So with a 1.4 sec slower car fernando can beat both the Ferrari's, but is that what Alonso wants?? Will he be happy if both red cars qualified 10th and 11th and he qualified 7th. Is that his aim?? To beat ferrari. Wonder why Alo is not using his six tenths to outqualify and outrace Button this year. Maybe he is saving it and would probably use it all at once giving him 4-5 seconds advantage!!

Jesus you alonso fans are really ridiculous. 1.4 seconds, where did you find that?. Sorry mate, Alonso is superb driver and there is no doubt about it but man this is too much. And AVG gap between both of them in 2014 was about 0.6 tenths. not to mention that 2014 car had all Alonsos input.

He "didnt like the suspension" talk! Really???

Santosh

Yea 1.4 is bullshit of course ;) .....but i have zero doubt Mclaren has a better chassis than Ferrari and yes it will be a great feeling when THIS YEAR ,Alonso beats one of the Ferraris, and yes the car doesnt even needs to be as fast as a Ferrari for him to do it.
Why? Because Button is very very good and fast driver.

It's a bit suspect that Ferrari is the one team that's gone backwards since the FiA tightened its monitoring of fuel flow with additional sensors.
