Vettel messed up his and Kimi's races. Max tried his best to get penalties for dodgy driving. Solid drive from the Mercedes drivers. Rosberg had it easy once the first turn incident took out Max and the Ferraris. Hamilton lucked in massively with the red flag. Both just then did what you would expect of them.
You said it all.
Seb gave Kimi enough space to curve. He wasn't, obviously, expecting the dutch idiot's kamikaze stunt

So VET got penalised in Silverstone, but VES nothing vs PER especially vs RAI when even he lost the corner. AND at the start VES would always slide into RAI. I dont get him

I am happy to have made you laugh, which otherwise, your favorite driver's situation today would have completely turned you off.
Dude, you're unreasonable to the point of being just silly. 11 laps on SS would have never happened on competitive pace and he could even have been vulnerable to hulk if his tires go off completely. Get real.

True. There are no penalties, that are more obvious, more clear, more needed. Ros, Vet and now no penalty for Ves??? WTF??

Seriously? You are forgetting a lot of facts. Today was a lot cooler than Friday and Saturday, where they saw a lot of graining. I am talking about last stint of11 laps, on a track that was rubbered in to the max.

how i think Lewis' engine switcharoo worked:

He used one engine in FP1, switched H and Turbo
He used another engine (fifth) in FP2, switched H and Turbo
He used a completely new powertrain in FP3

This allowed him to switch that many components

Verstappen is such a --- spoiled brat ... was asked whether his defending against Kimi was unfair

with a pissed off 'how dary you even ask me something like that i'm max verstappen' face his

response: "i don't care, he ENDED my race in the first corner so.... i don't care"

'so you did it because you were angry at him'

"yes "

'isn't that very dangerous at that speeds'

"no, nothing happened"

So... he divebombs into the first corner because his pathetic tiny brain couldn't cope with the loss of P2 ... he ruins his own race that way ... he then pushes drivers off track and endangers kimi at 340km/h as payback....

Lauda was right: "He should go back to some amateur series [...] he belongs into a psychiatric ward"

Wolff: "if he won't get penalized one day he'll end up in a wall"

#-o #-o #-o #-o

I wished they'd have bolted them on to show you how bad of a tyre they are!!
Luckily for Mercedes' and Lewis' sake they have the data and common sense to put the right tyres on.

Before I get fan boyed. I'm a mclaren fan, can't really stand Lewis and I want Nico to win the title.

And where was that common sense in Monaco 2015 and Austria 2016, to quote a few? There are numerous other races since 2014 that proves, they do have idiots in their ranks.

As much as vet did squeeze, the more I look at it, the more I think Ves had no chance of making that corner cleanly.

Even if the other cars went wider, he was effectively on course for straightlining/divebombing the corner like he was doing at the end of the DRS straight where he kept pushing drivers off the track.

He would've had to park on the apex to make that turn, but we all know Max would've wanted to push through it.

How exactly did they screw Lewis? Rosberg was never even within reach, not even remotely
Well, he was just 2 seconds behind Ricciardo when he pitted and Ricciardo was a further 7 seconds behind Nico. So, it was 31 Seconds to close down with 11 laps. On last stint, with 15-20 kg fuel, Lewis could have easily be faster by atleast 3-4 seconds on SuperSoft. Lewis himself told his engineer that it wasn't a good idea to bolt Mediums.
That would be true if the supersofts lasted 11 laps, which they did not.

As Webber said, Max was under control in to T1. He would have made the turn had Kimi not being squeezed in to him. Vettel started the situation by turning in on to Kimi too much. Vettel admitted he would have done it differently.

Granted, so today they said we've effed up numerous races for Lewis so this race we will bolt the mediums on and not 'uck this race up

Alonso looked pretty happy in the interviews. Reckons points finishes from now on.
