According to the British newspapers 'The Guardian' and 'The Mirror', Fernando Alonso has been summoned to the exraordinary meeting of the World Motor Sport Council tomorrow. The Spaniard only received the news on Friday and was completely surprised by it.

Alonso always denied any involvement in the race-fix scandal and was not present during the pre-race meeting between Flavio Briatore, Pat Symonds and Nelson Piquet Jr. at Singapore last year. Still the double World-Champion was the biggest beneficiary of the crash of Nelsinho as he won the Singapore GP.
