Briatore to sue FIA?
Flavio Briatore, former Team Principal of the Renault F1 Team, in a first short statement to the Italian newspaper 'Gazzetta dello Sport' said: "I am distraught." The Italian received a life-time ban from F1 and any FIA-championships and is forbidden to manage any driver. It now appears that Briatore might sue the FIA for the financial damage this might cause him.
