Main objective is to remain in F1 - Liuzzi

Vitatonio Liuzzi, who will be replaced by Sebastien Bourdais next season at Toro Rosso, has declared to the 'Gazetta dello Sport' that he's not suprised by the decision of the team to fire him. Liuzzi said: "I expected it because the situation inside the team had been detiorating for a long while."

The Italian driver also explained that he wants to stay in Formula One, but that he may have to consider other options. "My main objective is to remain in F1, which was childhood dream of mine. I'm in contact with two other teams, otherwise I'll aim to race in America."
