Both McLarens have outqualified both Red Bulls in the first three races. It was only in Bahrain that a Red Bull managed to start ahead of a McLaren, and even then each Red Bull outqualified each McLaren by less than a tenth. I don't think you can definitively say that either of them are quicker.
