That 1 tenth/lap equated to about 7 seconds of race time (also mentioned by Allison) in Mexico, which is the number that definitively illustrates how very costly damage like that can be.
We also learned that the portion of the floor that was destroyed is called the "wouvre panel" (which I did not know, previously).
