According to financial news service 'Bloomberg', the Renault team is making threats to depart from Formula One if it fails to see its share of commercial revenues rise. It is expected that the French marque will make these feelings clearly known when the Formula One Teams' Association meet in Switzerland tomorrow. Bernie Ecclestone reacted with surprise to the team's threat to quit the sport.

Bernie Ecclestone said: "I'm surprised they would come out and say something like that. We've got an agreement with the teams until 2013 and we'll stick with that."
