Hamilton retains advantage in final practice

Lewis Hamilton continued with his perfect Chinese Grand Prix weekend by topping the final practice session, having already set the fastest times during both Friday session. Nico Rosberg was second fastest once again, with Ferrari's Vettel and Raikkonen the closest competitors.

Behind the two leading teams' cars, performance gaps proved very small with Ricciardo in 5th just half a second faster than 14th fastest man, Felipe Nasr.

In general there weren't many surprises or problems during the final session, except for Fernando Alonso. The Spaniard's McLaren came to a halt on track during his first lap and was not seen again in the remaining 50 minutes.
