The Honda Racing F1 Team will be travelling to the United Arab Emirates this weekend for a special F1 roadshow event in Abu Dhabi. Following a practice run in a safety car, Test & Reserve Driver Christian Klien will put last year’s Honda RA106 through its paces along the four-kilometre street circuit, which starts at the Emirates Palace, travels along Abu Dhabi's Corniche and finishes at the Marina Mall. Race driver Rubens Barrichello also will be in attendance at the festival.

If you’re planning to attend, the F1 cars will be on track from 11:05, starting with the Honda-powered Super Aguri F1 Team, while Christian’s appearance is scheduled for 11.35. Access to the demonstration run will be free to the public.

His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoon Al Nayhan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, said: “We are delighted at the calibre of the line-up of F1 talent confirmed to come to Abu Dhabi for the F1 Festival, making this event the largest gathering of teams and drivers outside of a Grand Prix. We are encouraging everyone to come to the venue early on 3 February and see their heroes in action.”
