I suppose these are the new prototype tires, in the correct direction.

Slick tyres on a wet track? And with old Pirelli writing on the sidewalls? More likely these are just older tyres used for moving the car around.

I think the nose step looks different to what Red Bull has used this year so far.

It's not tapering to the inside when viewed from above.
Dear FIA, if you read this, please pm me for a redesign of the Technical Regulations to avoid finger nose shapes for 2016! :-)

slight detail change too on the rear wing end plate. The first few slots now bend down fully vertically on it's trailing edge

Looks like the same step they had in Barcelona.

They also removed the pelikan thingy from under the nose. Shape of the undersite seems more curved too.

Yeah, less DF needed, so removing the pelican bulge also gets rid of the drag.

(Curiously is that Ferrari wants to try it out on this circuit)

Seems a bit like a mixture between the two. The one they tried in Barcelona had a less marked kink. This one combines the strong kink with no taper.
The only thing I wonder is why at the same time they don't put 'side-fences' à la Sauber if they want to reduce spillage to the sides?!

Is that lovely faired in vent adjacent to the drivers head, new? I don't recall seeing it before.

It pops up from time to time. Has been used past two years.
