Schumi did it intentionally - Wurz

Alexander Wurz, the test driver of the Williams F1 Team, thinks that Michael Schumacher deliberately parked his Ferrari F248 in the middle of Rascasse to secure his pole position. Michael Schumacher blocked the drivers who were clocking a fast lap. Among the drivers were Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen. It's most likely that without this incident Fernando Alonso would have been on pole.

Alexander Wurz said in an interview with German Premier TV: "Honestly, it seemed to me that he did it intentionally. If I was the FIA I would to go Ferrari and find out whether (Schumacher) received a radio message (about the move). I don't find strategies like that acceptable."

Fernando Alonso and Fisichella were on their flying laps at that time, and Alonso was after sector 2 close to 0.3 seconds ahead of the provisional pole of Schumacher. Michael was at the moment unable to improve on that as he was seriously off pace at the swimming pool.
