Which driver has to pay what?

Earlier this week, FIA President Max Mosley confirmed the increase of the cost of a Superlicense for the upcoming season. The cost will be €10.000 and €2000 per point scored by the driver. According to Mosley, the FIA will use the money to invest in safety.
