Honda's Team Chief Executive Nick Fry is confident that Honda will find a buyer for the Brackley-based Formula One team so that it can be on the grid in Melbourne in March. According to Fry there are 3 people seriously interested to take over the F1 team.

Fry declared to the BBC: "In the last 12 hours we've had three serious people come and suggest they'd like to buy the team."

Fry continued by saying that if the team should survive, Jenson Button is first in line for a race seat. "He has a contract with the team for next year."
