Ferrari engines a possibility if Brackley-based team finds new buyer?

If the Brackley-based outfit succeeds in securing a rescue package, the team will have to find a new engine for the 2009 season as Honda has ended its entire Formula One programme, thus the engine department as well. For this search, Ross Brawn could come in handy as he would be the ideal person to negotiate with Ferrari, his former employer, about a possible engine deal.

Ferrari has been supplying engines to the Scuderia Toro Rosso and the Force India F1 Team during the 2008 season. As Force India decided to take McLaren on board, Ferrari would have the capacity of supplying the Brackley-based team in 2009.
